I have to say I was skeptical at first but I saw results right away. I've been unable to lift weights for almost 11 years due to a pinched nerve in my neck and I have two snapped bicep tendons. I ride my bike but needed something for my upper body. I use these while working on the computer and while watching TV at night. I'm picking up some heavier duty bands today.
