This is a set of 10 of the medium level resistance bands for the Phitstick.  They are industrial grade rubber to assure the best strength, elesticity and life.  PhitClub is making these available to you at an aggressive cost so that you change these when needed without waiting for them to break and lsoing some workout time.  These are a good level for those who feel that they need a normal  resistance.  These can be doubled up, so as you gain strength, you can either upgrade to level 3, or you can have 2 bands on each side of the PhitStick.
